Within the confines of a special construction of the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism called National Fund for Bilateral Relations (NFMR) has the general purpose of strengthening the bilateral relations between the donor countries (Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein) and Hungary. Its main goal is to fund or to strengthen the co-operation both at institutional and individual level, and by occasional partnerships. By sharing the experience, the competence and technology, the bilateral co-operations may contribute to solve important challenges. The tender of “Tackling climate change” is a motivation for the donor countries and Hungary to co-operate in the area of environment protection.

Within the confines of this, the purpose of the project is to strengthen the awareness and social sense of responsibility relating to environment protection, to improve people’s consciousness about climate change, and to exchange experience in slowing down the climate change and in conformity.
